***The tardy bell rings at 7:45 each morning. This is when our day begins, so it is extremely important that you be here on time. Please note the new tardy policy in our MES Handbook.
***If you come onto our campus during school hours, you are considered a visitor. Please check with the office for a visitor's pass before entering any other part of our school. We appreciate your cooperation for the safety of our children.
***If your child will be going home differently than what is on his/her transportation form, please send a note stating how the child will get home. If you have more than one child, each child needs a separate note.
***In order to progress to the next grade level, along with passing Math with at least a 60% for the year and Reading with at least a 60% for the year, students MUST attend school 152 out of 167 days. If your child brings a doctor's note for an absence, he/she will be excused and allowed to make up any missed work. If your child brings a parent note for an absence, he/she will be unexcused, but will be allowed to make up any missed work. If your child does not bring a note within 3 days of the absence, he/she will be unexcused and will not be allowed to make up any missed work which will result in 0's.
